• Storm-Kiln Artist on the battlefield
• Dual Casting on the battlefield
• Vitalize in hand
• Dual Casting attached to a creature that does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Vitalize by paying
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate the creature with Dual Casting attached by paying and tapping it, copying Vitalize
5. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Resolve the copy of Vitalize, untapping all creatures you control
7. Repeat from step 3
