Steps

3. Holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Volcano Hellion does to you to Mogg Maniac instead
4. Resolve Volcano Hellion's ability, dealing an arbirarily large amount of damage to Mogg Maniac
5. Mogg Maniac triggers, dealing an arbitarily large amount of damage to target opponent
