Steps

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue
2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
3. Cast Donnie & April by paying its mana cost
4. When Donnie & April enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Notorious Throng from your graveyard to your hand
5. Move to your next turn
6. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying and tapping it, returning Donnie & April from the battlefield to your hand
7. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card
8. Repeat
