Vizier of Remedies, Lesser Masticore, Dross Scorpion, and Oni-Cult Anvil

Prerequisites

• Vizier of Remedies on the battlefield
• Lesser Masticore on the battlefield
• Dross Scorpion on the battlefield
• Oni-Cult Anvil on the battlefield
• Lesser Masticore does not have a -1/-1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Oni-Cult Anvil by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger
3. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping Oni-Cult Anvil
4. Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies
5. Resolve the Oni-Cult Anvil ability, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life
6. Repeat
