Steps

1. Cause Faeburrow Elder to become an artifact using Neurok Transmuter
2. Activate Faeburrow Elder by tapping it, adding at least Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Faeburrow Elder
3. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite mana of colors among permanents you control
• Infinite untap of artifact creatures you control
