Steps
- Activate Feldon, putting two abilities on the stack with Illusionist's Bracers, both abilities targeting Worldgorger Dragon
- First ability resolves, putting a token Worldgorger Dragon on the battlefield and exiling all of your other permanents
- The second copy of the ability resolves, putting another token Wordgorger Dragon on the battlefield and exiling the other token Worldgorger Dragon
- When that token is exiled, all permanents return to the battlefield untapped
- Tap all of your lands for mana, floating it
- Equip Bracers
- Repeat
