• Thornbite Staff attached to Feldon
• Feldon does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Feldon by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of Famished Foragers that is an artifact in addition to its other types
2. When Famished Foragers enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Famished Foragers
4. When Famished Foragers dies, Feldon triggers, untapping Feldon
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Famished Foragers' power
6. Repeat
