• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Whitemane Lion in hand

Steps

1. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
3. When the Soldier enters the battlefield, Soul's Attendant triggers, causing you to gain one life
4. When Whitemane Lion enters the battlefield, it and Soul's Attendant trigger
5. Resolve the Soul's Attendant trigger, causing you to gain one life
6. Resolve the Whitemane Lion trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
7. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Soldier, adding
8. Repeat
