Steps

1. Cast Sea Gate Stormcaller by paying
2. Sea Gate Stormcaller enters the battlefield, copying the next instant or sorcery spell you cast with mana value two or less
3. Cast Unsubstantiate by paying , targeting Sea Gate Stormcaller
4. Sea Gate Stormcaller, Orvar, and Storm-Kiln Artist trigger
5. Resolve the Sea Gate Stormcaller trigger, copying Unsubstantiate, targeting the original Unsubstantiate
6. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
7. Resolve the copy of Unsubstantiate, returning the original Unsubstantiate to your hand
8. Resolve the Orvar trigger, creating a token copy of Sea Gate Stormcaller
9. The Sea Gate Stormcaller token enters the battlefield, copying the next instant or sorcery spell you cast with mana value two or less
10. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist trigger from step 4, creating a Treasure token
11. Activate both Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
12. Repeat from step 3
