• Orvar, the All-Form on the battlefield
• Nyxbloom Ancient on the battlefield
• Whim of Volrath in hand
• You control a noncreature permanent that enters the battlefield untapped and can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. Activate a noncreature permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying , targeting the mana-producing permanent
3. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a copy of the permanent
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, changing nothing and returning it to your hand
5. Repeat
