Steps

1. Cast Petals of Insight and splice Psychic Puppetry onto it, paying , targeting Coveted Jewel
2. Orvar triggers, creating a copy of Coveted Jewel
3. The Coveted Jewel copy enters the battlefield, drawing three cards
4. Resolve Petals of Insight, untapping the original Coveted Jewel, putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand
5. Tap Coveted Jewel for
