Steps

1. Activate Twilight Drover by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating two 1/1 Spirit creature tokens with flying and a 1/1 Soldier creature token
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing the Soldier and Spirits, adding
3. When the Spirits and Soldier die, Twilight Drover triggers three times, putting three +1/+1 counters on itself
4. Repeat
