Prerequisites

• Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Primeval Bounty on the battlefield
• Golgari Germination on the battlefield
• You control an additional untapped black and/or green creature

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Hogaak
2. When Hogaak dies, Golgari Germination triggers, creating a creature token
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill eight cards
4. Cast Hogaak from your graveyard by exiling five cards from your graveyard and tapping two black and/or green creatures you control
5. Primeval Bounty triggers, creating a 3/3 Beast creature token
6. Repeat
