• Forsaken Miner in hand
• Weapons Manufacturing on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• March of the Machines on the battlefield
• Biotransference on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Forsaken Miner by paying
2. When Forsaken Miner enters, Weapons Manufacturing triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, adding
4. Resolve the Weapons Manufacturing trigger, creating a Munitions token
5. The Munitions token enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering its ability, targeting an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls
6. When you commit that crime, Forsaken Miner triggers, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield
7. Repeat from step 2
8. Resolve all Munitions abilities, dealing infinite damage to opponents and/or permanents opponents control
