Steps

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing a creature, adding
2. Eloise triggers, creating a Clue token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token
3. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the Squirrel token, adding
4. Eloise triggers twice
5. Resolve the first Eloise trigger, surveiling one
6. Resolve the second Eloise trigger, creating a Clue token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token
7. Repeat from step 3
