Steps

1. Activate Arcum's Astrolabe by paying and tapping it, adding one snow mana of any color
2. Cast Mana Crypt by paying
3. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Arcum's Astrolabe from the battlefield to your hand
4. Activate Mana Crypt by tapping it, adding
5. Cast Arcum's Astrolabe by paying
6. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Mana Crypt from the battlefield to your hand
7. Arcum's Astrolabe enters the battlefield, causing you to draw a card
8. Repeat
