Steps

1. Declare Raphael as an attacker
2. Shaun triggers, creating a tapped and attacking copy of Raphael that isn't legendary
3. Deal combat damage using the Raphael token
4. It triggers, untapping all attacking creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one
5. Repeat each combat phase
