Steps

1. Cast Earth Village Ruffians by paying its mana cost When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Earth Village Ruffians When Earth Village Ruffians dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya
4. Repeat from step 3
