1. Aether Storm prevents creature spells from being cast
2. Null Rod prevents Aether Storm's ability from being activated to destroy it

Results

• Nobody can activate the abilites of any permanent on the battlefield
• Lock
• Mass Land Denial
• Players can't cast creature spells
• Activated abilities can't be activated
