• Phyrexian Unlife on the battlefield

Steps

1. Phyrexian Unlife prevents you from losing the game due to having zero or less life, and causes all damage that would be done to you while you have zero or less life to be infect damage
2. Melira prevents you from getting poison counters, thus negating the infect damage

Results

• You cannot lose the game due to having zero or less life
• You cannot lose the game due to infect damage
