Prerequisites

• Melira, Sylvok Outcast on the battlefield
• Woodfall Primus on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Woodfall Primus
2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira
3. When Woodfall Primus enters, it triggers, destroying a noncreature permanent
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
5. Repeat

• Infinite creature LTB

• Infinite creature sacrifice triggers

• Destroy any number of noncreature permanents
• Lock
