Prerequisites

• Samut, the Driving Force on the battlefield
• Storm-Kiln Artist on the battlefield
• Shattering Pulse in hand
• You have max speed
• available

Steps

1. Cast Shattering Pulse with buyback by paying
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve Shattering Pulse, destroying an artifact and returning Shattering Pulse to your hand
4. When there is another artifact you wish to destroy, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding , and then repeat from step 1

Results

• Destroy all artifacts opponents control
• Destroy all artifacts that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control
