• Arcbond in hand
• General's Regalia on the battlefield
• You control at least one creature

Steps

1. Cast Arcbond by paying , targeting any creature you control
2. Cast Volcano Hellion by paying
3. When Volcano Hellion enters the battlefield, it triggers
4. Holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Volcano Hellion does to you to the creature targeted by Arcbond instead
5. Resolve Volcano Hellion's ability, dealing an arbirarily large amount of damage to the creature targeted by Arcbond
6. Arcbond triggers, holding priority, activate General's Regalia by paying , choosing to redirect the next damage Arcbond does to you to Volcano Hellion instead
7. Resolve the Arcbond trigger, dealing an arbitrarily large amount of damage to each creature and each opponent
