Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Shilgengar, Sire of Famine on the battlefield
• Vengeful Bloodwitch on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Vengeful Bloodwitch triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
4. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger
6. Resolve the Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
10. Repeat
