Steps

1. Activate Commander's Sphere's first ability by tapping it, adding
2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying
3. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning Commander's Sphere to your hand from the battlefield
4. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and returning Mystic Speculation to your hand
5. Cast Commander's Sphere by paying
6. Repeat
