Steps

1. Activate Commander's Sphere's first ability by tapping it, adding
2. Cast Recruit the Worthy with buyback by paying
3. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning Commander's Sphere to your hand from the battlefield
4. Resolve Recruit the Worthy, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token and returning Recruit the Worthy to your hand
5. Cast Commander's Sphere by paying
6. Repeat
