Prerequisites

• Halo Fountain on the battlefield
• Vizier of Tumbling Sands on the battlefield
• Wirewood Channeler on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Wirewood Channeler by tapping it, adding at least Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Halo Fountain
2. Holding priority, activate Halo Fountain by paying , tapping it, and untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Wirewood Channeler, causing you to draw a card
3. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Halo Fountain
4. Repeat
