Prerequisites

• Idris, Soul of the TARDIS in hand or in the command zone
• Psychic Battle on the battlefield
• Cephalid Illusionist on the battlefield
• Liquimetal Coating on the battlefield
• undefined plus enough mana to pay for commander tax if applicable available

Steps

1. Activate Liquimetal Coating by tapping it, causing Psychic Battle to become an artifact
2. Cast Idris either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable
3. When Idris enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Psychic Battle until Idris leaves the battlefield
4. Choose any number of targets by any method
5. Idris triggers, causing each player to reveal the top card of their library and changing the target(s) of the spell or ability to Cephalid Illusionist
6. Cephalid Illusionist and Idris trigger
7. Resolve the Cephalid Illusionist trigger, causing you to mill three cards
8. Resolve the Idris trigger, causing each player to reveal the top card of their library and changing the target(s) of the spell or ability to any other target
9. Repeat from step 5
