• Sensei's Divining Top on the battlefield
• Weapons Manufacturing on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions token
4. Activate the Munitions token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand
5. Repeat
