Steps

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Echoes of Eternity trigger
3. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Echoes of Eternity trigger, creating a copying the Sensei's Divining Top spell
5. Resolve both Sensei's Divining Top spells
6. Activate the nontoken Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library
7. Activate the token Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top, and causing you to put the token Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library
8. Repeat
