Eidolon of Rhetoric, and Possibility Storm

Prerequisites

• Eidolon of Rhetoric on the battlefield
• Possibility Storm on the battlefield

Steps

1. Any time a player would cast a spell, Possibility Storm exiles that spell and reveals cards until you find one they could cast
2. Eidolon of Rhetoric prevents them from casting a second spell resulting in a lock

Results

• Players can't cast spells from their hand
