Steps

1. Cast Baithook Angler from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield transformed as Hook-Haunt Drifter
2. Kefnet's Monument triggers, tapping a creature an opponent controls
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Hook-Haunt Drifter, adding
4. Because Dress Down causes Hook-Haunt Drifter to lose all abilities, it is not exiled when it is sacrificed, and is returned to your graveyard as Baithook Angler
5. Repeat
