Steps

1. Cast Spitemare by paying its mana cost
2. Give Spitemare indestructible
3. Deal damage to Spitemare
4. Spitemare triggers, dealing double that much damage to itself due to Neriv
5. Repeat step 4 an arbitrarily large number of times
6. Resolve the final Spitemare trigger, dealing an arbitrarily large amount of damage to any target
