Anje Falkenrath, Mortuary, Blazing Rootwalla, and Altar of Dementia

Prerequisites

• Anje Falkenrath on the battlefield
• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Blazing Rootwalla in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Anje does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Anje by tapping it and discarding Blazing Rootwalla
2. Blazing Rootwalla is discarded into exile due to its madness ability
3. Anje and Blazing Rootwalla trigger
4. Resolve the Anje trigger, untapping it
5. Resolve the Blazing Rootwalla trigger, causing you to pay to cast it from exile
6. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Blazing Rootwalla
7. When Blazing Rootwalla dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Blazing Rootwalla on top of your library from your graveyard
8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target opponent to mill a card
9. Resolve the Anje ability from step 1, causing you to draw Blazing Rootwalla from the top of your library
10. Repeat
