Steps

1. Activate Arbor Elf by tapping it, untapping the Forest that has Elvish Guidance attached
2. Activate the Forest by tapping it, adding
3. Elvish Guidance triggers, adding at least
4. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying , untapping Arbor Elf
5. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying , untapping it
6. Repeat
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Staff of Domination's other abilities
