Steps

1. Activate Gwenna by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells or to activate abilities of creatures
2. Cast Sailors' Bane by paying
3. Brinelin and Gwenna trigger
4. Resolve the Brinelin trigger, returning Earthquake Dragon from the battlefield to your hand
5. Resolve the Gwenna trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and untapping it
6. Activate Gwenna by tapping it, adding and one mana of any color that can only be spent to cast creature spells or to activate abilities of creatures
7. Cast Earthquake Dragon by paying
8. Brinelin and Gwenna trigger
9. Resolve the Brinelin trigger, returning Sailors' Bane from the battlefield to your hand
10. Resolve the Gwenna trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and untapping it
11. Repeat
