Steps

1. Cast Time Warp by paying , taking an extra turn after this one
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying , casting a copy of Noxious Revival without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve the Noxious Revival, returning Time Warp from your graveyard to your hand
4. Move to your next turn
5. Repeat
