Steps

2. When the Frog dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure tokens and two 1/1 Frog creature tokens due to Quina and Exalted Sunborn
3. Resolve the Quina ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
