Steps

2. When the creature dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token and a creature token due to Quina
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
4. Repeat
5. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing another creature, creating a Blood artifact token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token
6. Repeat
