Steps

1. Activate Liquimental Torque's second ability by tapping it, causing Jan Jansen to become an artifact creature until end of turn
2. Activate Jan Jansen's first ability by tapping it and sacrificing a creature, creating two Treasure tokens
3. Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Jan Jansen
4. Activate Jan Jansen's second ability by tapping it and sacrificing a Treasure token, creating two 1/1 Construct creature tokens
5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a Construct token
6. Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Jan Jansen
7. Resolve the Altar of Dementia's ability, causing target player to mill card equal to sacrificed creature's power
8. Repeat from step 2
