Steps

1. Activate Liquimetal Torque's second ability by tapping it, causing Training Grounds to become an artifact until end of turn
2. Activate the basic land by tapping it, adding
3. Activate Urza by paying , creating a token copy of Training Grounds that is a 1/1 Soldier in addition to its other types
4. Activate Earthcraft by tapping the Training Grounds token, untapping a basic land
5. Activate the basic land by tapping it, adding
