Steps

1. Cause Howlsquad Heavy to become an artifact using Liquimetal Torque
2. Activate Howlsquad Heavy by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Howlsquad Heavy
4. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite red mana
• Infinite untap of artifact creatures you control
