• Ertha Jo, Frontier Mentor on the battlefield
• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Servant of Tymaret on the battlefield
• Liquimetal Torque on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Liquimetal Torque by tapping it, causing Servant of Tymaret to become an artifact
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping it and Servant of Tymaret, targeting Servant of Tymaret
3. Ertha Jo triggers, copying Clock of Omens' ability, targeting Clock of Omens
4. Resolve both Clock of Omens abilities, untapping it and Servant of Tymaret
5. Servant of Tymaret triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain that much life
6. Repeat from step 2
