• Wall of Kelp on the battlefield
• Wall of Kelp does not have summoning sickness
• from creature sources available

Steps

1. Pay and tap Wall of Kelp to create a 0/1 Kelp token
2. The Kelp token enters untapping all creatures you control
3. Repeat

• Infinite creature tokens with defender
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite untap
