Steps

1. Give Cacophodon indestructible, if needed
2. Activate Staff of Nin by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to Cacophodon, triggering Cacophodon twice
3. Resolve the first Cacophodon trigger, untapping Staff of Nin
4. Holding priority, activate Staff of Nin by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any target
5. Resolve the second Cacophodon trigger, untapping Staff of Nin
6. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite damage
• Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
