Steps

1. Cast Captain's Call
2. Two of the tokens die to the legend rule
3. Cruel Celebrant and Bishop of Wings both trigger twice
4. Resolve the Cruel Celebrant triggers causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life
5. Resolve the Bishop of Wings triggers creating two 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying
6. One Spirit token dies to the legend rule
7. Cruel Celebrant and Bishop of Wings both trigger
8. Resolve the Cruel Celebrant trigger causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
9. Resolve the Bishop of Wings trigger creating a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying
10. Repeat from step 6
