Steps

1. Cause an artifact to enter the battlefield under your control
2. Ovalchase Daredevil triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand
3. Chalk Outline triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Witch-king of Angmar by discarding Ovalchase Daredevil
5. Resolve the Chalk Outline trigger, creating a 2/2 Detective creature token and a Clue token
6. Repeat from step 2
