Steps

1. Cast Fraying Omnipotence by paying , causing each player to lose life equal to half their life total, discard half their hand, and sacrifice half of the creatures they control, rounding up each time
2. At the beginning of your end step, Blitzwing triggers, causing an opponent to lose life equal to the life they lost this turn
3. The opponent loses the game due to having zero or less life
