Steps

1. Activate Nykthos by paying and tapping it, adding at least seven
2. Activate Candelabra of Tawnos by paying and tapping it, untapping Nykthos
3. Activate Meticulous Excavation by paying , returning Candelabra of Tawnos from the battlefield to your hand
4. Cast Candelabra of Tawnos by paying
5. Repeat
