Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Susurian Voidborn on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Karmic Guide
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Susurian Voidborn triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Susurian Voidborn trigger
6. Resolve the Susurian Voidborn trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
10. Repeat
